View Luxury apartment 90 sq. metres large and totally restored. It's located on the first floor of a building situated near Campo S. Giacomo dell’Orio. In a few minutes one can walk both to Rialto and to Campo S. Polo (and, from there, to the Basilica dei Frari). From the entrance door on the ground floor one enters a nice little columned court; from here a stone staircase leads upstairs. The apartment presents an imposing salon of about 70 sq. metres with a frescoed wall, high and sunny gothic windows, Venetian marble floors and 4.5-metres-high ceilings. The furniture of the salon is partly in antique Venetian style and it consists of two big Murano chandeliers, an antique dining-table with six chairs, an eighteenth-century bureau, an ovalCa' Orio Flatmirror, a chest, a piece of furniture of the ‘Thirties, two statues, five antique paintings, a large sofa with two armchairs and a modern bookcase with TV and videorecorder. The rest of the apartment is furnished in a modern style. The eat-in kitchen, with floors of Italian cotto tiles, is provided with a fridge and a freezer, a traditional oven, four gas hobs and a washing machine. The bathroom has a tub with a shower attachment. The sleeping area has parquet floors: the double bedroom consists of a double bed with two night-tables, a wardrobe, an armchair and nice wicker big baskets; the twin bedroom is furnished with two single beds with a night-table, two low wardrobes and a two-doors wardrobe.
